Low Mobility Chair/Bed

If you can:

  • Listen

  • Attempt breath patterns 

  • Have some control over your limbs, torso

High Mobility Chair

If you can:

  • Listen

  • Breathe 

  • Lift your arms above your chest

  • Engage and feel connection in your torso

High Mobility Floor/Couch

If you can:

  • Listen

  • Breathe 

  • Lift your arms above your chest

  • Engage and feel connection in your torso

  • Get yourself on and off the ground/couch

  • Lay on your side over a pillow or Towel

  • Lay on the floor or couch face up

This is appropriate for you if you have not been intubated.
