Semi Private Pilates

55 minutes

Semi private pilates take 4 clients per session, ensuring you get individual attention from your instructor.

New to pilates? No problem. Arrive to class a few minutes early and alert your instructor. We can modify every class to fit your experience level.

Inside Out Pilates with Jaclyn
(Reformer)

Mondays: 8am

Tuesdays: 7am & 8am

Thursdays: 7am & 8am

Fridays: 7am & 8am

Each class will start with a warm up that gets the body moving in all planes of motion focusing on firing the deepest layers of our core. From there we will be moving on the reformer with clear intentions on maintaining that core connection found. Class will focus on gaining strength, mobility, and creating long muscles. Jaclyn infuses her knowledge of the anatomy of the body, it’s modalities, and her dance background into the choreography of her classes to create a fluid, fun, totally body workout!

Connected Reformer:
A Joyful Mind & Body Practice with Angie

Wednesdays: 6pm

Fridays: 4:30pm & 5:30pm

Sundays:  1:00pm

In class, she loves creating a positive environment.

Working with a neutral spine and connecting the mind and body are the main focus. She teaches with humor and in a style that brightens up the session. On top of that, she balances with the three muscle contractions of Concentric, Eccentric, and Isometric in the movement.

Fun, Joy, and Learning are all you need!

Inspired by The Pilates method and Naboso®, this Neurological-based Pilates mat class utilizes Naboso®
neurosensory products designed to stimulate the nervous system and enhance movement with texture.


Every Neuro Pilates class applies mindful breathing techniques, deep core muscle activation while
incorporating Naboso® products in varied ways that maintain the nervous system in a relaxed state, and
using neurosensory stimulation to rewire and retrain neuro pathways. When engaging in practices that
nourish the nervous system, respiratory, muscular-skeletal, and any other system in the body, one can
learn to gain the kind of strength through adaptability living in a rapidly evolving society like ours
requires.

Or's class integrates a deep, fundamental connection to the core muscles, organs and softer tissues that makes up the viscera - The Core. 

Or uses the reformer as a vehicle to gain access to the body's innate mobility, stability and inner strength through sustained breathing and mindfulness. 

Or's thorough approach along with the application of intent, deep breathing and clear visualizations will leave you feeling grounded, collected, strong and whole. 

This class fits all shapes and sizes and welcomes anyone who is looking to gain a deeper understanding of their body’s  natural flow, build strength, flexibility and balance.

Reformer with Izzy

Wednesdays: 7am & 8am

Izzy’s class integrates the whole body and mind into reformer pilates. Incorporating every major muscle group you will flow through class building off of and progressing from one exercise to another. Expect a nurturing and encouraging workshop environment where every step is broken down piece by piece and where your instructor and fellow classmates are your cheerleaders rather than your competitors.
