Brittany’s Reformer Pilates Class is a great full body Pilates experience with a deep focus on core and back strength.

Build a healthy foundation with slow and controlled movements that tone muscle and improve posture.

This class is designed with a respectful nod to classical Pilates while incorporating the contemporary style of 212 Pilates. It is beginner friendly, can be modified for your body, and will give a great burn!

Connected Reformer Pilates

with Angie

Working in a neutral spine and connecting the mind and body are the main focus. You can expect a positive environment. Angie teaches with humor and a performing style to brighten up the class. On top of that, she balances the three muscle contractions of Concentric, Eccentric, and Isometric in the movement.

Reformer Pilates Sculpt

with Izzy

Izzy’s class integrates the whole body and mind into reformer pilates. Incorporating every major muscle group you will flow through class building off of and progressing from one exercise to another. Expect a nurturing and encouraging workshop environment where every step is broken down piece by piece and where your instructor and fellow classmates are your cheerleaders rather than your competitors.

Get ready to unleash your inner dancer as we blend classic body-weight exercises like squats and lunges with fun, infectious dance moves set to a playlist of nostalgic hits and today’s top tracks. No dance experience is needed, come as you are and follow along in this low-impact, low-stress, high-fun class!

Shake It Off Zumba: Low Impact High Energy with Catherine

Get ready to groove and let loose in our Latin-inspired dance class! Feel the rhythm as you shake away the stress with sizzling moves from salsa, cha-cha, bachata, and cumbia, all set to an electrifying global playlist that will get your heart racing and your spirit soaring! This low-impact class combines fun dance steps with fitness elements like squats and lunges to build strength while you dance. No prior experience is necessary—just come as you are and let us guide you through each move!

Sculpt & Burn: Body Weight Strengthening Edition

with Kayla

This class focuses on improving balance, stability, and core strength through controlled movements and targeted body weight exercises. Special emphasis is placed on ankle stability and proprioception to enhance body awareness and muscle control. You'll leave feeling strong, steady, and empowered in your movement.

Sculpt Pilates Barre

with Crystal

Cardio & Pilates meet at the Barre to collaborate for an all in one class. It has a little bit of everything, from low impact cardio with the option to choose your level of intensity, to Pilates and Barre work. There are lots of options to intensify or modify this class so it is for anyone and everyone who wants a little pick me up, to get that body moving, and who’s looking to tone. We like options, so you can have a workout that makes you be your best you!

Dynamic Mat Pilates

with Crystal

Whether you have worked out your entire life or have never stepped into a studio, this class will give you the right kind of burn that will keep you wanting more. This Pilates class will target all muscles of the body and will help sculpt, lengthen, and strengthen. It’s the kind of workout that you can’t help but feel good afterwards. You will leave the studio walking taller and feeling more confident to conquer anything!

Chillax: Release & Stretching

with Angie

We all have some habit of using the same muscles everyday. This class is to rewind the unbalanced to be balanced. The class includes anatomy knowledge, massage, release movement, stretching, and reformed body postures. Let’s open more space into every part of our body together. Bring the smile back on our body!

Sculpt & Burn: Low Impact Dance Edition with Kayla

This class combines bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and dance-inspired movements to build strength and endurance. Move to the beat with Zumba elements that keep your muscles engaged and your energy high. Whether you're toning up or building lasting strength, you'll have fun while boosting your stamina and confidence.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in a full charge.

Shoe Free Studio

212 Pilates is a shoe free studio. You are welcome to practice barefoot or in socks. Lockers are provided for your personal items while at the studio.
