This class is designed with a respectful nod to classical Pilates while incorporating the contemporary style of 212 Pilates. It is beginner friendly, can be modified for your body, and will give a great burn!

Connected Reformer Pilates

Working in a neutral spine and connecting the mind and body are the main focus. You can expect a positive environment. Angie teaches with humor and a performing style to brighten up the class. On top of that, she balances the three muscle contractions of Concentric, Eccentric, and Isometric in the movement.

There are lots of options to intensify or modify this class so it is for anyone and everyone who wants a little pick me up, to get that body moving, and who’s looking to tone. We like options, so you can have a workout that makes you be your best you!
Dynamic Mat Pilates

The class moves at a comfortable, feel-good pace with plenty of guidance on proper form and options for every level. A thoughtfully curated playlist keeps the energy up, helping you leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and more connected to your body.

Restore & Flow: A Mobility and Stability Practice with Kayla
Our bodies work hard for us every day, often moving in the same patterns and holding onto tension without us even realizing it. This class is designed to help you unwind, stretch, and restore balance by exploring the connection between mobility and stability. Through guided movement, gentle stretching, release techniques, and mindful breathwork, you’ll create more space in your body while cultivating strength where you need it most. Set in a calming atmosphere, this practice invites you to slow down, tune in, and thank your body for all it does. Leave feeling refreshed, open, and reconnected.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in a full charge.
Shoe Free Studio
212 Pilates is a shoe free studio. You are welcome to practice barefoot or in socks. Lockers are provided for your personal items while at the studio.
