Pilates Reformer Progressions

These classes are designed for you to really get in touch with your feelings about a particular muscle group. From warm up to goal directed movement to cool down on the Pilates reformer, we’ll get your whole body moving. But we’ll give a little extra love and attention to the functional movement patterns that ignite fully coordinated engagement of the muscle group theme for the week.
One week, we’ll focus on the hammies (Gasp!). Another week, get in touch with those inner thigh muscles, the adductors (Gah!), so important for balance, stability, and pelvic floor engagement. What about the upper back feelings you never knew you were missing out on? Get it here... With a little shoulder sculpting and tricep cuts as an added bonus!

Connected Reformer Pilates

Working in a neutral spine and connecting the mind and body are the main focus. You can expect a positive environment. Angie teaches with humor and a performing style to brighten up the class. On top of that, she balances the three muscle contractions of Concentric, Eccentric, and Isometric in the movement.

The class includes anatomy knowledge, massage, release movement, stretching, and reformed body postures. Let’s open more space into every part of our body together. Bring the smile back on our body!
Sculpt Pilates Barre

Cardio & Pilates meet at the Barre to collaborate for an all in one class. It has a little bit of everything, from low impact cardio with the option to choose your level of intensity, to Pilates and Barre work. There are lots of options to intensify or modify this class so it is for anyone and everyone who wants a little pick me up, to get that body moving, and who’s looking to tone. We like options, so you can have a workout that makes you be your best you!

Pilates Sculpt

A mat pilates class that blends the principles of Pilates with the strengthening and grace of barre techniques. This class is designed to tone, strengthen, and sculpt your entire body. You'll move through traditional Pilates exercises with the added challenge of equipment like a ball, light weights, or resistance bands to build lean muscle. It is a low-impact, full body workout that enhances flexibility, posture, and muscular endurance. All levels are welcome! You will leave the class feeling toned and strong!
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in a full charge.
Shoe Free Studio
212 Pilates is a shoe free studio. You are welcome to practice barefoot or in socks. Lockers are provided for your personal items while at the studio.
