Pilates Reformer Progressions

These classes are designed for you to really get in touch with your feelings about a particular muscle group. From warm up to goal directed movement to cool down on the Pilates reformer, we’ll get your whole body moving. But we’ll give a little extra love and attention to the functional movement patterns that ignite fully coordinated engagement of the muscle group theme for the week.

One week, we’ll focus on the hammies (Gasp!). Another week, get in touch with those inner thigh muscles, the adductors (Gah!), so important for balance, stability, and pelvic floor engagement. What about the upper back feelings you never knew you were missing out on? Get it here... With a little shoulder sculpting and tricep cuts as an added bonus!

As your movement practice evolves, so will the feelings that go with it. It's endless!

Reformer Pilates

You can expect a blend of strength work, balance training, and mindful movement designed to keep you engaged from start to finish. My goal is to guide you through a challenging yet rewarding workout that leaves you feeling stronger, proud, and more connected to your body.

Reformer Pilates

Brittany’s Reformer Pilates Class is a great full body Pilates experience with a deep focus on core and back strength.

Build a healthy foundation with slow and controlled movements that tone muscle and improve posture.

This class is designed with a respectful nod to classical Pilates while incorporating the contemporary style of 212 Pilates. It is beginner friendly, can be modified for your body, and will give a great burn!

Rejuvenating Reformer

with Lauren

Join Lauren for an energizing and transformative Reformer Pilates experience designed to awaken your body and mind. This morning class blends the precision of classical Pilates with the innovative flow of contemporary 212 Pilates, all infused with Lauren’s signature wit and warmth.

Through focused breathwork, controlled movements, and deep core activation, you’ll improve posture, increase flexibility, and build balanced strength. Each session is thoughtfully structured to help you move with greater grace, ease, and confidence throughout your day.

Whether you're a seasoned Pilates practitioner or new to the reformer, Lauren offers personalized guidance and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages progress at your pace.

Connected Reformer Pilates

Working in a neutral spine and connecting the mind and body are the main focus. You can expect a positive environment. Angie teaches with humor and a performing style to brighten up the class. On top of that, she balances the three muscle contractions of Concentric, Eccentric, and Isometric in the movement.

Flow Reformer

This class focuses on flow and mindful movement, challenging you to engage your whole body for sculpting, support, and recovery. Whether you're new to Pilates or experienced, you'll leave feeling taller, stronger, and more connected to your body, all in a fun and supportive environment.

Powerhouse Sculpt

Sculpt Pilates Barre

Cardio & Pilates meet at the Barre to collaborate for an all in one class. It has a little bit of everything, from low impact cardio with the option to choose your level of intensity, to Pilates and Barre work. There are lots of options to intensify or modify this class so it is for anyone and everyone who wants a little pick me up, to get that body moving, and who’s looking to tone. We like options, so you can have a workout that makes you be your best you!

Oh My Burn: Low Impact, Big Results with Catherine

A joint-friendly, total‑body workout that targets your squats, arms & core, delivering a big-time burn—without the high-impact stress. Perfect for all levels, this class combines:
   •    Safe & effective movement: We elevate heart rate and sculpt muscles through controlled, low-impact strength exercises—think squats, core work, and upper-body conditioning—ideal for those avoiding high-impact routines  .
   •    Full‑body toning for real results: Mirroring the benefits of barre, Pilates & functional strength training, expect improved muscle tone, core stability, and endurance  .

Sculpt Strength

Our instructor’s gentle, welcoming style makes this class ideal for all fitness levels. With the philosophy that any movement is better than no movement, we offer a more moderate pace to help you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. Whether you're new to working out or just need a gentler option, this class will leave you feeling energized and empowered!

Pilates Mat

Cicely is an apprentice pilates instructor*

This 55-minute mat Pilates class is all about moving with intention and reconnecting with your body. We'll flow through low-impact exercises designed to support you from the inside out, with a focus on alignment, mobility, and functional strength.

The class moves at a comfortable, feel-good pace with plenty of guidance on proper form and options for every level. A thoughtfully curated playlist keeps the energy up, helping you leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and more connected to your body.

This is your time to connect with your body, move mindfully, and feel good doing it.

Dynamic Mat Pilates

with Crystal

Whether you have worked out your entire life or have never stepped into a studio, this class will give you the right kind of burn that will keep you wanting more. This Pilates class will target all muscles of the body and will help sculpt, lengthen, and strengthen. It’s the kind of workout that you can’t help but feel good afterwards. You will leave the studio walking taller and feeling more confident to conquer anything!

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in a full charge.

Shoe Free Studio

212 Pilates is a shoe free studio. You are welcome to practice barefoot or in socks. Lockers are provided for your personal items while at the studio.
